Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • Incorrect product was delivered.
  • Product was damaged during transit.
  • Product received is expired or defective.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplements
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Consumable items once opened

Return Request Timeline

Customers must request returns within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if stock is available.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may qualify for return according to this policy.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to WHEYTASTIC’s error, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For customer-initiated returns outside our error, shipping charges are non-refundable.
